Fox Mug, snow

I bought this for a gift, it’s so pretty. Very nice shape and looks so more pretty in person.

My mother found it very beautiful.

It’s beautiful as a piece of art, but very impractical as a functional mug (which is what I bought it for). The mug I received hold up to 24oz instead of the 14oz as listed (it feels more like a beer mug than a coffee one), the handle is too wide to be easily and confidently grasped, and the mug itself is a bit on the thin side (for hand-made pottery). I feel like I would eventually drop it and shatter it, so I decided to keep it as a piece of decorative art instead, because the art is indeed beautiful :). The artisan offered to make a smaller version, but unfortunately I couldn’t afford another one of these beauties. The fox design is, by far, the most beautiful I found on Etsy to date.
